ORDERS - all our chocolates are made to order so please allow up to 10 days before they are posted out to you. This includes for orders being sent by courier. If you have an urgent order, or an order for a particular occasion, please contact us before placing your order.

POSTAGE - We have taken the decision to offer both Royal Mail - Tracked 24 and  Royal Mail - Tracked 24 with Signature as as postage options which are best value. We continue to offer a UPS courier service as an option. This is to ensure orders arrive as far as is possible. 

Free shipping (Royal Mail -Tracked 24 only) is provided for orders of £100 and over.
