Storage Instructions
This product has a 2 month shelf life.
The best storage conditions for chocolate are in a cool, dry place at 12 - 18 degrees C and out of direct sunlight. Do not store in a fridge as this may cause blooming and discolouration of the chocolate.

Mixed Caramels
Ingredients - cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring and vanilla extract, honey, cream (milk), lemon juice, salt, toasted pecans (tree nuts), roasted cacao nib.
Allergy Warnings - see the ingredients in bold. May also contain traces of egg.
